About tamo.ai
tamo.ai turns an open role into candidate conversations. You describe the role; tamo searches the talent market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, evaluates every relevant profile against your requirements, ranks them with the evidence behind each assessment, and — after you approve — reaches out from your own LinkedIn account and brings the replies back into one inbox.
What does tamo.ai do?
tamo.ai performs the sourcing part of recruiting: market mapping, search, candidate evaluation, ranking, personalised outreach, follow-ups and reply handling for one open role at a time.
The mental model is different from most recruiting software. Classic tools give you a database and a seat, and you do the recruiting. With tamo you hand over a role and receive recruiting output — an evaluated shortlist, and then conversations with people who answered.
- Market mapping and search across public professional profiles and company data.
- Evaluation of each profile against your written requirements, with the evidence shown.
- A ranked shortlist you review — approving a candidate is a human decision.
- Outreach and follow-ups sent from the recruiter's own LinkedIn account.
- Replies collected in one inbox, classified, with a draft answer you can edit.
Which market does tamo.ai serve?
The DACH region: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The product is built around how hiring, language and candidate expectations actually work in that market.
That focus is a choice, not a limitation of the technology. Outreach in DACH works differently from the US: German-language messages, a far lower tolerance for obvious mass mailing, and candidates who are mostly employed and not applying anywhere.
Who is behind tamo.ai?
tamo.ai is built in Vienna by the team behind the recruiting firm TalentMonkeys, which has placed candidates for DACH companies for several years.
That is where the product comes from: the same searches were previously run by hand. The founding team’s recruiting firm accounts for 450+ placements with 120+ companies over 6 years. Those are the only track-record numbers we publish, and they belong to the recruiting firm, not to the software.
What does tamo.ai deliberately not do?
tamo.ai does not decide who gets hired, does not contact anyone you have not approved, and is not an applicant tracking system.
The AI supports a decision; it never makes one. No message is sent without a recruiter approving the candidate, no interview is booked on its own, and no rejection is ever produced automatically. The reasoning behind every assessment is shown so you can disagree with it.
We also do not run a candidate marketplace and do not sell candidate data. Candidate information belongs to the workspace that searched for it and is deleted on request.
How is tamo.ai priced?
Per role, not per seat. One search is one role, and every user connects their own LinkedIn account at no extra licence cost.
A team that hires four people a year pays for four roles’ worth of searching — not for twelve months of seats nobody logs into.
